Great Location and Friendly Staff
I had a fantastic stay with a well-kept room that was both clean and comfortable. The location is perfect for exploring Pigeon Forge, with plenty of dining options nearby. The staff was friendly and prompt with assistance, making my time here even more enjoyable. However, breakfast options were quite limited, which could use some improvement.

The staff was very friendly and the room appeared to be clean but we noticed some pesky bugs crawling on the floor and walls, annoying for sure. The management was notified and they were nice but they really couldn't do much about it. Honestly, even with that we had a decent stay, the beds were comfortable and AC worked well.
It wasn’t exactly a bargain but still acceptable given the comfort we found.

The early check-in made a big difference for my family, especially for those who needed to rest after a long drive. We found the price reasonable for the weekend, and the room met our needs during our Christmas shopping trip.
The pillows were uncomfortable, impacting sleep quality.

Clean & Convenient Spot
We stayed here for 5 nights, and it was pretty nice! The room was clean and had all the basics for a comfy stay. Perfect location too—lots of places nearby to grab a bite. One minor thing is the breakfast area is kinda tight, but it's manageable. Overall, a solid choice for the price!

Clean and cozy stay!
We had a 5-night trip and the place was super clean! The shower had awesome water pressure and the fridge was nice and cold. The only thing was that the breakfast was kinda basic, but it filled us up before heading out for the day. Overall, a great spot!

I was here with my family, and the room was clean like I expected! We had a microwave and a fridge so I could heat up leftovers. Plus, being right off the main Parkway, it was easy to zip to all the attractions.
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but it was tolerable for what we got.

Decent Stay with Some Drawbacks
We stayed for one night in a Standard Queen Room. The convenience of nearby restaurants was a plus, and the staff were friendly. Unfortunately, we found some cleanliness issues in our bathroom. A tip for future guests, consider bringing air freshener if you’re sensitive to odors.
